What is Tapestry Prints? Tapestry Prints is a small, independent New York City photography business. We make neighborhood postcard sets of the storefronts, signs and street corners that give the city its character.
What size are the postcards? Each postcard is 4×6 inches, printed on thick, premium cardstock. They're made to mail, pin up, frame or keep.
Do you sell individual postcards? Online, postcards come in sets. Individual cards are available at the shops that carry Tapestry Prints.
How much is shipping? Flat-rate shipping is $6 anywhere in the lower 48 states, and $9 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. One flat rate per order, so a Seconds Pack added to a set ships at no extra cost.
Where are orders shipped from? All orders ship from New York City via USPS, in a rigid mailer so everything arrives flat.
How long does shipping take? Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days in the lower 48; orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take 2–3 extra weeks.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet. Orders ship within the United States only for now.
Will colors look exactly the same in person? Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, but every set is checked by hand before it ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo through the contact form within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if my package is lost or delayed? Once a package is with USPS, delivery times are outside our control. If your tracking seems stuck or your package is very late, reach out through the contact form and we'll help however we can.
Are payments secure? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. Tapestry Prints never sees or stores your payment details.
How is my information used? Customer information is used to process orders, answer questions and, if you sign up, send occasional email updates. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can my shop carry Tapestry Prints postcards? Yes. Wholesale is available for independent shops. Get in touch through the contact form.
